With me feeling sick all the time, taking care of my family without getting much help, lack of sleep and no appetite my depression is getting worse and seems like no one cares. I hate doing something for myself because it makes me feel like a horrible mom

You are the FURTHEST thing from a horrible Mom! Girl you been mommin for more than 25 YEARS! It's ok to take a day for yourself in there once in a while. You deserve it, 100%!
Call big sissy and ask her to spend the day with Savannah cause you need a day to yourself. I bet she'd love to do that for you! 🥰 Go get your nails done, a massage, have lunch someplace awesome and TAKE YOUR TIME!!

You keep yourself so damn busy takin care of everyone else and don't take the time to take care of YOU girl! Sometimes you just gotta BE and not be Wife, be Mama, be problem solver, be family treasurer, be strong or, how you like to play, being ALL those things at once!
