Firstly Congratulations on the arrival of your little one ❤
Secondly breastfeeding is a hard task, when I was breastfeeding it was a case of having so much support around me it really helped, even if it was something simple like a friend popping over with coffee and having baby cuddles while I went and had a shower, or brushed my hair and changed from one pair of comfy clothes to another. The first few weeks seem to be the hardest, but when you get into the swing of things it just seems to click.
Have you tried the different holds for feeding? Not everyone gets on with the usual hold? I also started to try and express a bit so that when daddy came home he was able to feed, so he had a bit of bonding while I was able to sleep.
You've got this lovely and just follow what you want/feel, if you think it's right to introduce formula do so, it's your baby and there is no right or wrong! As long as baby is fed it does not matter how! Always happy to help/chat if I can xx
