@riasm85 That was always somethin cheap, that went far with a few kids/not much money, was quick to make, filled everyone up and was sweet enough they could peel us away from the snow long enough to eat! 🙌

I tried to make a healthier egg salad by using less mayo and adding plain yogurt but I did not like it. Next time I will just replace the mayo with avocado.

I put brown sugar and LOTTTTSS of butter in mine! 😍 My hubs is one of those weirdos that LOVES grits with cheese, bacon and shrimp. 🤢
