I feel you on this!! I’m in the middle of a long health journey. I’ve lost 53 lbs since the end of April. It’s hard because sometimes I just want some darn ice cream or pizza 😩 But I’m loving how I feel with the weight gone so far and how my body responds to healthy food input 🤩

This is how I feel allllll the time. Bring on the gym and all the weights but you dare try and take my ice cream out of my coffee that’s a big nope on a rope

@mommiesgoneabitmad, understandable. I still have dark chocolate truffles for those sugar urges. There is not “perfect” diet. It is all customizable in my opinion.

@rayofmysunshine, ohhh, okay. It is easier when they are in stroller age but that too old to be in a stroller but too young to keep up, is tricky.

I saw a recipe for ‘ice cream’ with cool whip and pudding mix! Let me see if I can find it. It’s a guilt free way to have some sweet stuff
