Homemade shrimp scampi. Literally in the middle of making garlic bread and the power goes out. I just beat the massive storm. Smh. Im glad its done but now the house is hot and no air 🥴🥴🥴😖😩😩😩😫 Im taking my plate to the car 🤣🤣

There isn't much too it. I made it up so I don't know if there is a true recipe out there.
@rnbee So ingredients, Fresh shrimp
Shallots
Fresh parsley
Garlic
Garlic butter
Tomatoes
Green, red, yellow and orange bell peppers, onions (got them from my garden)
Scampi sauce
Angel hair pasta
Sautéed the veggies, Garlic, Garlic butter together until soft. Added the Scampi sauce and then the shrimp. Let simmer for about 15 minutes. Then I added in the angel hair pasta.
Finished with Italian cheese on top
