Anyone else feel like everything is out of control?
I’ve been back to work for almost a year. Recently I got a promotion to an absolutely perfect job. Mon-fri 9-5 office job with great pay.
And I woke up one day and quit. Because my head to so full of anxiety. I just can’t get my shit together and I feel like a total failure.
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
Why can't other mom's just be there for other mom's and work together and help each other not bash other mom's because when other mom's bash other mom's it makes us feel like we aren't doing a good job at least that's how I feel when I get bashed.
Overall whats everyones thoughts on this. Me personally I dont mind lgbt .but to teach it I feel like is a waste . I can teach my own children that if they ask or even wanna know
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

One of the things an absolute meditation rock star guru named Sharon Salzberg (who had an absolute shit childhood and adolescence) teaches is about how life is a series of events that flow and happen, and frequently things done turn out how we thought they would, and the most skillful thing we can learn is to simply begin again without judgment and anger towards ourselves because it takes energy and time stewing it over. It isn't a skillful response.
That bit of information has really helped me. I was always a huge analyzer and rehasher and in the end it was almost always a complete waste of my time.

Keep working with your doctor and therapist, hon. There is a lot to be anxious about right now and people had anxiety long before the pandemic. I meditate every single day and it's hard work not to get totally burned out and anxious right now.
