Not to scare you but it could be molluscum. It’s a viral infection that is a pain in the ass. Don’t pop it and don’t touch what comes out when it does pop with your bare hands.

I pray as well But my older and I dont have any pimple so I guess it cant be it

not necessarily. I never got it nor did my husband or my oldest. Just my youngest. But we were very meticulous in keeping things clean like you are. But again I’m praying it’s just a pimple.
