Anyone have any recommendation for a cough medicine for my babe? He got over an ear infection with a nasty runny nose now can’t beat this cough.

We use fermented honey and garlic that we make ourselves. We always have a jar at the ready and it helps so much! Garlic and ginger tea also helps break up the mucus and mist treatments.
