@gemini95 this is what gp gave me when i had the same problem as you, u couldn't go toilet for 5 days 🥺 and this helped me straight away x

Lactulose and drink a pint of water straight after taking it. Works a treat 👌🏻 💩

Omg I did suffered this 😫 very bad. I drank kefir and it helped me a lot in the morning one glass before food. But its should be polish one, you can get it from big tesco or any shops that does EU food. But one time it went to the point where nothing was helping so i called go and they gave me some medicine and ot really helped me, so try kefir and then of nothing helped call gp on Monday xxx
