Wipe his face good, If you bf you could put a drop in his eye and massage it, warm compress....I can't remember if clogged ducts swell but maybe call and get it looked at if it's still there in AM or gets worse.

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. On the side of the eye is swollen.
Of course, warm compresses as well.
But for us, the massage helped the most.
