So my jerk neighbors upstairs got this vibrating chair out of someone's garbage on bulk day and every night this chick uses it at the same time I put my kids to bed. She literally will turn it on as I'm putting my kids in bed like she knows when I put them in the bed, then the whole room sounds like a helicopter, and it shakes all the pictures on our wall and it's right above the bedroom. I've complained about it and they don't do anything about it, they said they asked her about a vibrating chair and she lied and told them they don't have one when I literally saw her bring it into her place. Its like one of those gaming chairs, she brought two of them up there.

Record with ur phone or whatever, show the time with a clock and put it against the wall when she’s using it and show ur landlord. That or call your landlord when it’s happening and see if he/she can hear it in the background. That’s ridiculous. I’d be pissed off.

Thank you I feel like I'm the only one getting annoyed and pissed off by it. I've tried to record it a few times it doesn't pick it up that well unless you're standing right there in person unfortunately I gave him one good recording where you can hear the actual picture frame shaking on the wall and they still haven't done anything about it because she told them that she doesn't have a vibrating chair which is complete BS

Of course she said that. Sounds like she doesn’t respect the fact you have children or to just use it it earlier. It’s really not that hard. Have you confronted her about the situation?

@sourpatchkid oh my husband tried with her two or three times since they moved here. We've had cops involved and the condo association. With all the recordings I have they can't do anything. I even have video. Cops have to be here in person to catch them in the act. Anytime we have had cops her she stops. She did her vibrator chair again tonight when i was putting my three year olds for bed. At the exact time I walk into bed it goes on
