Well that was creepy.... i heard someone knock on the front door twice so thought maybe Kenny didn't put his key back on his key ring and didn't hear him pull up or maybe the mother in law came over.... even the cat heard it and jumped up heading to the door cause he always runs to the door when kenny gets home... so i get up of course i can't see in the dark so looking out a window or door hole wouldn't do me any good so i go open the door slightly..... no one is there.... so now i'm sittin here paranoid praying kenny gets home soon

Girl y would u open the door 🤦🏻♀️ u coulda got yall family killed or something crazy .. did u not hear about that family tht the dad answered the door with his 1 year old and the mom was like u got the wrong apartment and the guy grabs the baby by the hair throws him to the couch and kills the mom the dad and the 6yr old daughter and the 10yr old daughter grabbed the 1yo n played dead… you and ur hubby need to create some kind of code knock or somethings cuz if U hear a random knock and it’s not the knock u guys created then that’s how u will for sure know it’s random and don’t answer .. also share a certain knock with like ur Mil

i know 🤦🏻♀️ i even thought to myself that was so stupid cause i've heard stories of robbery and murder to people who open their door to a knock but i thought it was kenny cause it close to time for him to be gettin home and he didn't have his house key cause he had took it off the other night cause i couldn't find mine when i went out

Definitely don't answer the door anymore. If you aren't expecting someone and can't see them, don't open it.

I don’t like ring because it’s not constantly recording. People miss faces on that when the alert shuts off. We have an outdoor Nest camera. We were looking at Arlo too.
Never answer the door if you aren’t expecting anyone! So many creeps out there and you look like you have a small build. Plus your super cute. So creeps may follow and watch you. Not to make you paranoid, but always be alert and know the cars around your home. Any suspicious activity after this incident, report to non emergency dispatch. If they have anyone available they will patrol your area.

definitely going to on alert now usually i keep an eye out anyways cause i stay paranoid. only reason i opened it was i thought Kenny had came home and didn't have his key since he had took key off the other night for me when i didn't have mine. then realized i should've called him first before opening the door 🤦🏻♀️

I would invest in Arlo we have them at both houses and never had a bad experience with it really good out door or indoor wireless cameras we even use one in the kids room

@beautiful_disaster, yes we leave them out side 24/7 we also live in Florida and get a ton of rain. The only thing you need to do is charge them like maybe once a month depending on how much activity is going on. This was yesterday just at my front door. Just so you have an idea

awesome! i'll look into them! thanks! i like the lay out of that one. we have one in the babies room but it isn't the greatest i mean it lets me check in on them during the night but not the best lay out or quality
