You really don’t know how much you dislike yourself until your therapist has you say out loud 8 things that you like about yourself. I immediately broke down because I could not think of one thing. I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...
