The cort date is comming up and my baby will be tested to get her dna matched with my abuser who held her while in his arm while strangling me with the other arm. How do I protect this baby when The cort will give her to him without supervised visits. I thought long and hard about what kind of mom am i if i cant protect my smallest family member from those abusive arms. I called Acs crying telling them I want my baby to be safe. Now they are investigating us not him but us. How do I proted my baby is still my question they said nothing will happen he is not even the legal dad and its gonna be my word against his. How does the law not see the truth i feel bad for being abused and speaking up now im being investigated too im scared.
I literally never reply much then just we are ok he write all these twisted stories to make me think what he wants me to think as if its my truth manipulating my brain to think what he is saying I am I gotta except and be. But he never mentions the truth only write what he does to look good for proof
It’s their responsibility to fully investigate both parties for the sake of the children because, unfortunately, a lot of parents will lie about the other parent in custody cases. If your kids are taken care of, healthy, and in a safe home then you don’t have anything to worry about as far as their investigation into you. Best of luck!
I'm sorry momma, sometimes the powers that be fail the ones that need the most help. The investigation will not turn up anything, just breathe and take it one day at a time.
@verguinia if you're still talking to him, only communicate in text messages and email, always, that will be proof if he slips up, avoid all phone calls. Maybe he doesn't have anything and he's just trying to scare you
@mujerstillregal he email me alot i dont reply most times
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...
You don’t need to respond to any of his messages. You can ask the court to make it so no contact is allowed other than about the daughter. Him calling you names doesn’t look good in court either. Does he pay child support?
