I need help! So I have a 1 year old baby girl who is allergic to every I eat! I would love to share but I can’t 🥺 I need help doing recipes for her! Vegan mostly I believe or anything with No Nuts, No Dairy, No eggs No seafood of any kinds. I feel helpless at the moment please help

They will help! My son isn’t allergic to anything but he seriously was so picky with food around 1 as well when I transitioned him from breast milk. We met with a nutritionist who made him a whole meal plan. It helped him a lot with gaining weight again.
Avocados are really good for healthy fats. Obviously she should be specifically allergy tested to figure out what she’s allergic to. Look into plant based proteins. Will she eat chicken at all?
did you talk to her pedi about an appt with a nutritionist? There are so many different options out there but a board certified nutritionist can help you come up with a meal plan that will suit her specific needs.
