Can you still exercise when preggo!? Does anyone else workout while pregnant?...
I was in the process of training for the national 3 peaks challenge before i found out i got pregnant & i haven't done anything for a few weeks so i feel a bit weird not doing workouts... but I assume i cant lift weights !? 😂🙈 maybe a few squats or something wont hurt 😂🙈

I found out I had breast cancer nov. 19 2018. Found I was pregnant a few days later. They wanted me to terminate my pregnancy I refused. I did chemo the whole time I was pregnant. I had my daughter then had surgery to remove whatever was left which was two millimeters of a tumor. My daughter is two months and I found out yesterday I am completely cancer free 😍 I fought like a girl and I won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mam ran every day until she was 37 weeks pregnant with my brother, he was born at 38 weeks (induced due to gestational diabetes). I ran until I was almost 30 weeks second time around, it started to feel too much for me after that. If I remember correctly the advice is that you can carry on exercising as you were pre pregnancy? But don't put more strain on your body than you know it can take? There is also advice on how to lift weights during pregnancy online l.
I actually read a story the other day of a woman who won a rock climbing compitition less than 48 hours before she gave birth. She went full term. I thought that it was amazing! It's amazing what our bodies can do!
