Can you still exercise when preggo!? Does anyone else workout while pregnant?...
I was in the process of training for the national 3 peaks challenge before i found out i got pregnant & i haven't done anything for a few weeks so i feel a bit weird not doing workouts... but I assume i cant lift weights !? 😂🙈 maybe a few squats or something wont hurt 😂🙈

My mam ran every day until she was 37 weeks pregnant with my brother, he was born at 38 weeks (induced due to gestational diabetes). I ran until I was almost 30 weeks second time around, it started to feel too much for me after that. If I remember correctly the advice is that you can carry on exercising as you were pre pregnancy? I actually read a story the other day of a woman who won a rock climbing compitition less than 48 hours before she gave birth. She went full term. I thought that it was amazing! It's amazing what our bodies can do!
