So it used to be that if you got knocked up, THEN decided to marry, everyone would hold their heads in their hands and feel sorry for you because of course your marriage was doomed. Because, well, it sort of was. But this is 2015, people. And having a baby before you say “I do” won’t wreck your relationship!💑
A very cool nonprofit called The Council on Contemporary Families has a mission to educate us all about how and why today’s families are changing. (Just in case there are people out there ...
Not child related! but really need to vent.
I'm just absolutely disgusted with my council. Back in 2016 i was made homeless by my landlord because he didn't want to fix problems with the house (serve damp and mould dripping from the walls) which was a major health risk to me (was 30+ weeks pregnant) and my daughter. so he just sent me an eviction notice in the post :/ i'll attach photos in the comments of the state he expected us to live in.

*does this make me a bad mum*

I already know about waiting 6 weeks before having sex again after giving birth... My breastfeeding council told me breastfeeding helps with postpartum depression AND releases the "love hormone" I guess explains why i am always wanting some!! How long after baby did you all have sex again?
Ladies did some advice. We currently living with my in-laws n pay £500 rent bills included. My mum is fuming saying they ripping us off especially with baby on the way. In-laws have said once baby is here that that amount might go up too. Atm we have to stay put because I've lots my job n only surviving on mat leave pay,we tried the council but not much help. I feel angry with my mum n angry with my in-laws but I understand we have to pay our way.
Just a rant really.
I didn’t get a response until a year later 🥴by that time I found somewhere privately to rent. Xx
