My daughter has a little cold and I guess her grandmother put Vick’s vapor rub into tea and had her drink it? She says she feels better but I’ve just never heard of this like it’s not safe to consume right? Should I take her in or just play it by ear and see how she’s feeling later? She said she drunk 3 cups of tea and she put two scoops in each cup.
Dad's FB Video!! Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
Baby won't bear weight on leg I have a walking 10 month old and she has been extra fussy yesterday and today. Today I noticed she didn't really want to crawl, she would just cry until I came and picked her up. After I fed her, I tried setting her down to play with her big sister and she just started crying and wouldn't put any weight on her left leg. She will put weight down on her right leg but then just cries until you pick her back up. I thought maybe she just didn't want to be put down (as baby's often do). I tried a few more times over the next 30 minutes and she still won't put any weight on it. I had a meeting (I work from home), so I took her upstairs to my husband. She is now playing with her siblings and happy, but he text me (from upstairs) and says she still won't put weight on it. She is just sitting there playing.
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

I called them and they’re like if she’s not showing any of the symptoms she should be fine. We still are taking her in to be checked out though.

Did your daughter tell you this or her grandmother? It's surprising that your daughter would be able to stomach 3 cups of tea full of vicks without gaging or vomiting, so maybe she's confused. Hopefully she's is because this is a dangerous situation

My daughter came home today and told me she had tea with lemons peppermint and vicks so I’m like what?? I called her grandmother and she said she put less than a half of scoop in each cup but Maddie says it was two scoops in each. So definitely confused about the amount. This was two days ago. And I said the same about the taste but I’m thinking with the lemons, peppermint and sugar it probably cancelled out the taste?
