I'm a fan and think they pretty much go with anything but I think breakfast tacos is a good start. Nopales is like salsa to me. 🤣
I love nopales. When I was pregnant with Oliver I used to buy them cleaned already and I would grill them and use them instead of tortillas. I love nopales.
My grandma would do nopales with eggs. I'm not a fan, they are kind of bitter for my taste. That's the only way I've ever had them though. Would love to see what your creative culinary mind comes up with!

I love them in breakfast burritos...nopales, egg, potatoes, sometimes refried beans and chorizo wrapped in a thin flour tortilla with salsa verde on the side😋
