Has anyones mind ever been so busy they cant even meditate?
Just focus on your breath. As you breathe in, think "rising" as your chest/stomach rises, as you exhale, think "falling". The soft notes push away thoughts. It can be very hard sometimes and you just have to do the basics. <3
Story of my life. I wish I could be one of those people that can clear their mind for even like 5 min.
Me 100% I never get a quiet moment to my self my children are always in my personal bubble every second of the day. So I find it really hard to meditate sometimes. And when I try meditating when they are sleeping I end up falling asleep 😂🤦🏻♀️
