First trimester fatigue hit me like a freaking freight train with my 3rd. It was so bad, turned out to be very low vitamin D in my body so my dr told me I needed to start them and they helped tremendously. Definitely talk to your OB and see if that's a possiblitity.

Fatigue is very common in pregnancy and every pregnancy is different.
