I don't know if you can tell from the pictures. But she has small bumps on her forehead then bigger ones and red on her cheeks. More so on this side the the other.

She had them for 2 days that i noticed. Thought maybe because of sweat and it's been really hot out lately but its getting a little worse and more of them today
