@flamingfiremom oooh if u have a bar at home do hip thrusts!! Do front squats too so just hold the barbell in front and squat like that. U can do sooo much at home! I never do sumo deadlifts 🤷🏼♀️

@flamingfiremom shittt I just do whatever is programed in class for the day so im not the best at this 🙃 🙈😅 i would do 3 sets of like 10 or 12 squats? Make sure ur lets are hip width apart and keep ur head and eyes up dont look down if that makes sense
