How long does your 1 year old nap for, when to when and when do they goto bed for the night?? My daughter cant slee at regular time which is 8 if she naps. No matter when she doea either but never after 3 but i feel as if she should nap because ahes soo tired by 10 or 11am

At that age my son was waking up at 7 am and nap 11am for 1.5 hours then bed 7-8pm.. he still does basically the same. She might be overtired by 8pm and that is why she’s not going to sleep.
