I am new to the west coast and would usually go to Publix for a birthday cake but since there’s none out here, can someone tell me if Safeway, Albertsons, or Fry’s have good cakes?

Safeway’s cakes are good
I love Frys!!! We don’t have any in California but whenever I visit my family in Phoenix that’s where we buy everything.
Safeway is really good!
