Still slowly trying to deep clean my house and declutter 1 room at a time but it's a slow process because I have to keep up with the normal daily housework and my 4 kids. But my husband starts to help and instantly turns into a rage monster who gives me the silent treatment or soeaks very short to me. I understand it's entirely my fault that the house got this cluttered as I suffer from depression and anxiety but have no time to get help for it and i will feel proud about cleaning something and my husband doesn't say anything so my anxiety goes up and im sure he's thinking "bout damn time". I went through a hard bout of depression and psychosis last summer and i feel it coming back and my trigger is angry men. They don't have to say or do anything but just the vibe they give off make me want to run and hide. (I grew up with a VERY angry and abusive (sexually, physically, and emotionally) father) so im just a ball of nerves who is genuinely trying my best and it's clearly not enough
