That's what we do too. I just thought yous must have like a packet of mashed potatoes or something because I always see posts saying "homemade mashed potatoes"
We do have those too they are like what we call instant potatoes lol

@danniijohn, you boil water and when it comes to a rolling boil you take it off stove and then stir them in lol
Sounds yum. Can I ask a question I'm from Melbourne Australia. I always see post that say homemade mashed potatoes. Can yous buy something that's not homemade mashed potatoes? I've never seen already made mashed potatoes at any stores here. We always make our own mashed potatoes.
I just make my own, skin the potatoes I cut them then boil them till their soft. A little milk butter and then I mix them.
I have no clue what to do for dinner. I just did a big grocery pick up so there's options at least.
