Need advice willow sleeping been out the window lately . Getting up at 4am or 5am wanting to play she goes to bed at 7pm cos she gets grumpy . Is it cos she started nursey is it put her sleeping pattern out the window been like this for a week now since she started nursery . Before this her sleeping was good she slept from 7 til 7 .

Is her bedroom dark? It could just be the change in light in the mornings since it’s getting lighter a lot earlier now

She doesn't nap at home not since 16 month old. She won't nap at nursery x

Both my boys went through a phase at that age, it lasted a good few weeks I ended up putting them in bed with me xx

I remember this phase with Theo, I was in the early stages of pregnancy with Aniela and we would be up a few times through the night and our day would start at 5am. It was horrid. X
