How long did yall wait to have sex after giving birth? Had my c section a month ago and have had no problems with the stitches so far but im still bleeding so not sure when to try.

I only waited 2 weeks after my c section, I had stopped bleeding and felt fine x
Not until after my 6 week check. Wasn't worth the risk of infection, especially when you think there is gaping hole where your placenta was attached x
Getting my 6 week check next week so will ask then:) stopped bleeding then started again so defo not taking the chance xx
If your not planning a second so soon I advise ye wait until you've got yourself contraception i didnt and got caught straight away at 12weeks but I agree wait until you've stopped bleeding first and have had your 6week check xx
Not on any contraception so defo gonna be carefull as not got a second child in mind right now. Must have been crazy being pregnant again so soon! Xx
@kahh1997 yeah it was very crazy they both had the same due date to 😂 but I love having the small age gap the bond between them is amazing 😍 xx
I’d wait until the bleeding has stopped as you could risk an infection xx
