I used to be a horrible overthinker until I found meditation. Completely saved me this year.

Leo here & I do this sometimes. I think the overthinking is in anyone who's not at peace. For instance, on days that I wake up, pray, read my Bible and praise I don't do the whole overthinking and stressing I normally would do. So I make it a point to do those things each morning (when I can) because I know it keeps the chaos away and my mind at ease🥰
