Ive been feeding liuwa 3oz every 3 hours for about 2 weeks now, starting to notice that she starts pining for the bottle a good hour before its due, not sure if i should maybe feed her every 2 hours or move her up to 4oz but not sure her stomach is ready for 4 yet
does waking up every two to three hours throughout the night to feed a newborn get any easier? ? I'm literally falling asleep while feeding her -_____-
Waking to feed? My dd is a week old and I was told by her doctor to wake her every 2 hours during the day and 3-4 hours at night to feed her. For the first 3 days I did that and when I would wake her fit a night feeding she was fussy and usually wouldn't go back to sleep and would want to nurse constantly until about 9 am. I tried not waking her last night and she slept beautifully! She woke up around 6 hours in and ate then slept another hour or so and ate again. Is it ok to let her sleep?
Contractions every ten minutes and they are consistent and getting stronger just started about a hour ago
Is it normal for an almost 4 week old to eat every two hours? We tried to extend feedings to every three but he freaks out
my son just turned three months yesterday should I be feeding him every four hours? cause I'm pretty bad about feeding him every time he cries and he always takes the bottle so I'm feeding him like every two hours

She scoffed down the 4oz down no bother, gonna see how she is for the rest of the night but seems ok xx

Aww bless her, keep offering her the 4 oz next feed she might not take the full 4oz and only take abit of the extra oz but each feed she will gradually work her way to drink all of the 4oz every feed and then u up it again, you could try and stretch It out to four hours if she's just had the extra I miss those days so bad !! xx

shes been taking the 4oz no bother past few days, there has been a couple feeds were she hasnt drank the whole 4 but overall shes doing good. She has been alot more alert during the day and seems to be finding her little cry so more milk was defo needed lol xx

Thanks gals gonna try her with 4oz for her next feed, hopefully that keeps her settled a wee bit longer xx

There’s a growth spurt around now so increase by an ounce but don’t worry if she goes back down again at some point xx

Move her up and oz she won't drink the whole extra oz but she will take the extra bit she wants x
