One boob suddenly swollen, hard and painful while the other is fine?

Anyone had just one boob swell and be painful? They obviously get a little tender when I’m due on but the last couple of days my left boob has been massively swollen and ‘hard’ and super painful, yet my right is fine and ‘squishy’. Not too sure on what it could be/ if it’s anything at all? Sorry for the TMI
