I see all these hacks and tips to help with soreness, freezing pads with the spray and I’m so confused seeing everything being used lmao am I not normal did skip a step in delivering 😂😂.

I was sore 🤷🏻♀️
But I also had stitches so I don’t know if that plays a role, I did the ice packs and freezing pads and the spray nothing really helped

I had stitches too with all three, it was a small tear. I did feel sore the first day but after it went away.

Did you get any pain killers after? I got something (I think it was Vicodin) and I didn't feel anything. I stop taking them after a few days and had healed enough that I wasn't in pain

My 2nd daughter birth was so smooth I felt no pain no soreness .

I was torn apart and needed stitches with my first but after my second I had nothing. They out an ice pad on me directly after but the delivery was so fast I didn't have any swelling or anything. So it is possible.

I was sore but barely. I only needed 2 stitches with my first and none with my second. It was very very minor soreness

me. I was in so much pain the couple of weeks before giving birth and after I had my son I felt so relieved. Immediately after birth I felt kind of euphoric and our first nap together I just felt so nice and relaxed.

Vaginal..no epidural..🙃🙃I wasn't that sore with my daughter; however with my Son it seemed rather relieving when the nurse placed that ice pack on me!!🤤😂.. i didnt even request it, she just placed it on there right after i delivered him lol. 😂🤞

I had 2nd degree tearing with my first so I had a lot of vaginal pain. But after my 4th I had absolutely nothing. Like at all. It was weird

I tore and had stitches and was back to normal once I left the hospital. Yes it was tender but I didn’t need any of those things the only thing I did use maybe for a week after delivery was the lidocaine spray they give you at the hospital. I honestly thought that was the normal thing it wasn’t until I saw ladies sitting on donuts and shit like that, that I realized people where in pain lol.

Same here lol I thought everyone felt sore for a bit and then it’s normal, until I seen that woman were in more pain for weeks even a month and still wore the big hospital underwear after leaving the hospital.

@alejandra_593, yes! I only used the big undies because all my other undies where not pad friendly lol. It took me a few days to go buy pad friendly undies lol. I tried to use a padsicle because everyone mentioned using it but I took it off right away because it was more uncomfortable than a regular one lol. I’m glad there’s other women like me because I thought I was a weirdo lol.

I actually felt great after I had my son. I didn’t feel sore at all! I didn’t need stitches or anything
