I mean it fit my husband who is 6' and 200lb but the shape is different than a plus size women. I don't have first hand experience but I'm sure it would work. Maybe Google reviews would help with that....it has an adjustable shoulders and waist band

Yes! My husband can wear it perfectly. He’s 6,2 and about 250lbs! The straps are all adjustable! It’s one reason we went with it so that my husband could carry him when we travelled a few years ago

I have a lillebaby that I used from 9 months until almost 3. I loved that it was easy to adjust so my husband and I could both babywear.

I have a lillebaby all seasons and it’s able to carry from I believe newborn to 4yo
