To add on top of my anxiety for my 4 year olds eye surgery today, her doc is running behind. We’ve been up since 6 am, and admitted 2 hours ago. She’s fasting and is so hungry and thirsty. Absolutely annoyed!!
@dontspankme, that’s insane. I would be upset too. My son has eye surgery at the age 4 and it was so hard when they can eat but they made sure he was the first to go in for that reason. Hopefully they get to you soon
@michellemybell09, thanks hun, that’s great they let him go first! She keeps trying to take off her mask because she’s sick of smelling her breathe 😂
@dontspankme, I love it! I used to cross the Brooklyn and Manhattan a lot. I lived close by both bridges on the Brooklyn side. Also, way back in my going out to lounges days, I used to hang out in Williamsburg when it started to become a night life, bar area, 2009.
I used to walk it with my friends after school since our hs in bk was right there on tillary lol
Ask if they have the mouth moistening sponges. They can help with the breath and thirst. You literally dip in water and rub around the lips and tongue

thanks so much. I feel so bad for her, she lost it when she saw the operation room and I had to bear hold her while they put the mask on her to knock her out. She was screaming help me mommy and then knocked out. I can’t stop crying ugh I hate this
I hate when doctors get behind when such littles are fasting! They don’t understand why they can’t eat. Good luck on everything today!!

Wish they could be on time like they aspect use to be. Its annoying if we run too late or miss appointment theres a fees to pay. Soo how about they pay us too when the do it lol 😌
we just got home. She very sleepy and it’s hard to open her eyes. They are so red with blood tinged tears, my heart breaks for her

Thank you hun! She’s been opening her eyes slightly but they are very red with bloody tears so she prefers to sleep more. We are about to head home since she was able to drink fluids.
Ugh that's so frustrating. Hope she's already in and that her recovery is a smooth one 💕

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤
