@kesh-kesh, I hear it’s way cheaper in other states. I’m from Cali and it just gets worse and worse every year, we have a huge homeless population because people can’t afford to live here.

Our mortgage is nearly half the amount of the rent in our last home that was half the size of our current one! Crazy!!
We want to move but don’t want to have to pay rent prices lol. So we’re waiting until we’re ready to buy again.

Just feel like if someone can prove they’ve paid higher rent prices they should be able to get a house. We actually got denied for an apartment because of our credit but got approved for a house loan never understood that.
We pay a little bit more for our mortgage than we did rent for a tiny apartment. Our house is way nicer too. Rent is so crazy expensive.
We have a 4 bedroom 2 bath house and pay like $80 more then we did the tiny Loft bedroom guest house we had before. And it’s cheaper then the apartments here and we live in a small town.
Rent is absolutely crazy. My mortgage is half (or less) of rent. How can people get ahead?!

So My coworker does not get vaccinated for anything due to religious practices and she’s worried about our job making it mandatory since they discussed it earlier this week. It’s crazy how when vaccines even started or came about we were told it would be voluntary but now it’s mandatory and people need a verification card to go certain places. We even have certain states doing lottery drawings just to make people get it. people shouldn’t fear losing their jobs or having to go against their relig...
