Did anyone file before February 15th and still have NOT received their refund?

Yes we did ours the 7th and the website said they are still processing and we will receive a refund date
Ours was accepted the 12th and still nothing. I just got off the phone with the IRS and was told nothing is wrong with my refund and no letters have been sent out, the 21 day processing time is not a guarantee and it just depends on how many refunds they received at the same time. 🙄 BS excuses. I know people who filed after us and already received theirs. They probably screwed something up just like they did with the last stimmi and they're not going to admit it. So frustrating.
Me I filed the day before they started accepting them and it still says no information available
@madrex2 I didn't even get a chance to talk to anyone. This is ridiculous.
@jleona, I had to call about 100 times yesterday just to get someone on the phone and when I did she was so rude I was annoyedddd I still am smh
@jleona, dang last time mine said no information available and I didn’t get my taxes til august .. 😐😂
No but I filed at at the beginning of February and those MF's are STILL hasslin me bout "sending them their money"....or SOME nonsense like that. 🙄
