Im so scared and need to know what to do. I saw a blood clot this morning after i started spotting last night. I didnt think much of the spotting until i saw this blood clot. Im not bleeding heavily and dont feel any severe cramping but im still scared. Im just about 7wks does this mean im having a miscarriage?

Staying off my feet is nearly impossible. I have no support system like at all.

If you’re bleeding, I would suggest staying off your feet and resting.

I don't really have the means to get to the er at the moment and the er nurse wouldn't tell me anything just said I'd have to come in if I felt like I needed to 😭😭😭

Rest best you can and put a call into your OB. They may want to see you sooner or have you to to get checked
