Idk if you can this, but what is it. By her lip. Her dad thinks its ring warm. My son had ring warm on his hand when he was 6 and it didnt look anything like this. So im curious

Probably eczema. My older 2 get it on their face like that.
What exactly is eczema
@anicole3285 its a skin condition. Usually shows up as dry patches on their skin. Things like scented detergents or cleaners can set it off. When it's around their mouth I think it's from food though. You can a good heavy duty eczema lotion from Walmart for pretty cheap that will help clear it up.

@anicole3285, is she scratching at it? If so could be eczema, try hydrocortisone cream on it!
