Yes I know chaffles everywhere for me. If you feel how I’m feeling eating like this you’d know why it’s become such a huge part of my diet now. Also with the fact that I’ve lost over 4lbs in just a matter of days from being mindful of what I eat then you might become a chaffle addict too. I wanted something sweet which I don’t do all the time. I made these lemon pound cake chaffles and of course all non dairy ingredients. I put cocowhip and sliced strawberries in the layers. Zero guilt and my sweet tooth is satisfied for a while.
I was having a lot of symptoms that pointed to a food intolerance. I cut out dairy to start but my symptoms disappeared as soon as I stopped consuming dairy. I have been dairy free for over a year now and I feel great.
Commonly referred to as a cheese waffle but the sweeter ones are simply lower carb instead of with cheese unless you count the cream cheese in some of the recipes.
