Double chocolate chaffles: 1/2 tbsp cacao powder, 2 tbsp almond flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener powdered, 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream, 2 tbsp chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life minis they are dairy free), topped with cocowhip and extra chocolate chips. The cookie is a naked dough I found at safeway, it’s dairy, wheat, egg and soy free. They aren’t bad though.
