We had burgers tonight. I air fry them and I used McCormick garlic multipurpose seasoning on mine. I topped it with a slice of vegan cheddar cheese, a piece of butter lettuce, a dab of sugar free ketchup. The “buns” are the wonder bread chaffle recipe which is 1 egg, 3 tbsp almond flour, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tsp water, 1/4 tsp baking powder. It worked beautifully! The salad is butter lettuce mix, sliced olives, diced cucumber, diced crimini mushroom, sunflower kernels and dairy free ranch. Seriously an awesome dinner! This chaffle “bread” is going to replace all bread for me.
Looks so good! I really I want to completely cut dairy from my diet but I struggle 🙁 I like seeing ur dinner ideas!
