Does anyone here like spaghetti squash?

That’s what I did. The flavor was so good but the texture is just different

@llcoolkay, I first had it when I was in the thick of some low carb dieting so my opinion may have been skewed from long term lack of real spaghetti. I liked it much better than the zucchini noodles that I had had before.

@scidg3, hmmm. I got the frozen steam bag of it this time, I’ve made it in the oven before and it was still crunchy

@llcoolkay I wonder if you would like zucchini & squash noodles. I've never had those as noodles but they are softer.
