Had my stretch and sweep today ouch it was painful as i couldn't relax.. My cervix is high .. so induction is booked for tuesday the 2nd... im feeling so nervous and excited at the same time.. i wanted to avoid induction and start labour naturally as ive heard alot of scary stories for induction😥

induction??? So they want to talk about induction at my next appointment. I'll be 40w2d. So I'm not early. What are some of your experiences with induction. How do they do it? Will it raise my chances if having to have a c-section. I don't want a c-section. If anyone can give me some info or advice. That would be great.

Update Today my blood pressure was 158/94 and 140/101 for the second reading so they called the hospital to tell them I'll be on my way for induction. Currently sitting at my house just freaking out but about to head to the hospital.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Induction Now, I doubt I will need to be induced. But it's still my fear that I will need to be because of an emergency or if I go too far past my due date. My question is, has anyone ever been induced and been able to do the rest med free? All I hear is horror stories from induction that end in back labor, or contractions so painful and long that the mom needs an epi and sometimes C sections. My goal is med free but I realize that things can change.
