Chaffle omelette for breakfast. This is eggs, diced spinach, diced mushrooms, bacon bits, salt, pepper, garlic multipurpose seasoning and a mix of @followyourheart mozzarella and cheddar cheese shreds. For sure one I’ll make again. Of course my non picky eater loves them too!
