SEASON fish/chicken (that means more than just salt & peppa 👀) cook it in skillet w butter than set aside . Use same pan with drippings, add more butter and saute some chopped onions and minced garlic for a few min. Then add a few chopped up sundried tomatoes. Cook for a few min. Add some fresh spinach. Cook a few mo min til all wilted. Add in heavy whipping cream (like a cup ish, I don't measure i just eyeball stuff til it feels right lol) Salt pepper garlic powder red pepper flakes to taste. Then add about 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese stir and cook a few minutes and waaaaa laaaaaa
