Hello mommies. Ok so I just found out yesterday through at home pregnancy test that I’m pregnant. How long should I wait to start with my prenatal care/ checkups? I don’t know why but for some reason I REALLY don’t remember at how many weeks I started my prenatal checkups with my previous kids. My horribly bad memory needs to be blamed.

...You call your OB and they will schedule and tell you
I called as soon as I found out my OB based on my last cycle waited until I was 8 weeks pregnant to see me. Then they calculated my actual time based on a scan (I was really only 6 weeks, so he then had me go back in 2 weeks later before we started appts every 4 weeks). But I did start taking prenatals as soon as I found out I was pregnant and stopped drinking coffee/caffeine.
I called to make my first appt as soon as I found out with all of my pregnancies.
Call today to make an appointment. They will tell you when the best time is for that first appointment. 🙂 Congratulations!
