Sometimes I just feel like the worst parent ... ughh I just yelled at my toddler and we both cried 😔😣😣
Wrap him up in a big hug and take a deep breath and apologize for yelling if you feel it's necessary to. There are time I lose it and my anxiety makes me blow up mad but I will hug my kids and tell them I'm sorry and explain to them how mommy's feelings got too big for me so it made me yell loud and tell them I love them very much and it helps all of us I think. It's incredible how forgiving children are. Adults could learn a lot from them ❤
I'm sorry you got to that point you yelled. Motherhood is not easy and is stressful to the breaking point. You are the best mom your kid could ever have. Don't be too hard on yourself.
@countrypeaches42013, thank you so much, and I really do love my baby ( it’s like I thought when I met my fiancé that was i was in love but, giving birth to my baby was a total deferent level lol ) and yes my hormones is every where right now. I’m will continue to try my best to show him mommy do love him with all my heart she’s just struggle to handle her emotions. Your also and awesome person to chat with enjoy your energy MoM LoVE
@leshain18 thank you I really needed that 😊 Maybe when you feel yourself getting upset and want to yell bring him to you and ask him to do breathing exercises with you like a deep breath and make a funny sound to let it out? Sometimes I even just go to my room for a moment to just breathe for a minute to calm myself. It's a struggle for sure but know that you're not alone.
@countrypeaches42013, I will try that thanks again
I know he’s young, but it always helps to apologize. Moms aren’t perfect. Hang in there!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
It’s ok! Moms are still human and lose their shit sometimes. Just explain to him your emotions at the time and apologize. Tell him what you should have done instead of yelling...take a deep breath and calm down etc. He will learn to do the same when he’s in the wrong or how to better handle his emotions.
