His cradle cap is spreading to his cheeks and forehead And I think it’s itchy because he’s always rubbing on his face. He’s also getting patches of dry skin on his legs and chest. Any recommendations of what to use to make it better.
Question mamas...my baby has eczema on his forehead and cheeks and I already brought him to the pediatrician and they said they don’t want to prescribe anything for it because it’s on his face and they don’t want to put any prescription cream on his face so they said to use a cream not lotion cause cream would moisturize more so I have been using Aveeno Baby moisturizing cream on him daily and it hasn’t helped! What else can I try? It’s itchy cause he’s rubbing it with his hand on his forehead and he’s cranky.

I think my husband is cheating on me 😔he’s been acting really different. There are times he doesnt text back or answer his phone. He’ll block me or turn off his phone. Then he’s gone for hours at a time and he doesn’t want me to go anywhere with him. Today he changed my name in his phone and deleted a whole bunch of stuff.

I just want this pregnancy to be healthy and stress free. This is very special for my boyfriend because he’s been in prison pretty much half of his life & never got to experience any of this. He’s so happy right now. He’s been home for 2 years now & worked his way to the top & now we’re having a baby 😊 He keeps telling me he wants to go to all the parenting classes & everything. He’s coming with me Monday just to watch me do more bloodwork 😂🥰. The way we met is so crazy but as he said in the end, the best part of it all was meeting me & now we’re having a baby.

My baby has the exact same thing going on at the moment. His dr recommend aquaphor and I put it on him multiple times a day all over because he has dry patches all over.

My son has dairy and soy allergy and it makes it worse.

@boymom_3, yeah his dr told me if aveno doesnt work he would need his formula changed to a diff one.

I hope it helps. I bf but his dr said I have to completely stop dairy and soy or I’ll have to stop bf and they would have to prescribe him a special formula.

My daughter had eczema just like this when she had a dairy allergy. Eventually she lost her hair too. Definitely take him to be evaluated. Ask for referral to dermatologist and allergist if you have to.

I spoke with his dr and she said to try the aveno and if it didnt work it could be the formula that needs to be changed.

There is some stuff called SO luxury, I haven't tried it but I'll be buying it in the next few months to try. It's supposed to be amazing with eczema. It is pricey.

I took him the 29th of december and dr said it was from cradle cap but its gotten worse from then. I called his pediatrician right now and waiting for a call back. So you think its something serious? Now I’m worried 😟

i honestly don't know if it's that serious. But you know a child's skin can be super sensitive. I would recommend CeraVe cream. It may or may not help. It's good for sensitive skin.
